Amberlin Pflugerville is a life changing experience of hope to continue living life in a happy environment! As a new widow after 50 years of marriage it was frightening. I was delighted that immediately I had friends that would greet me at coffee hour and we’d share our stories and then see each other at socials and one of the many activities offered. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is top notch. The social calendar is full to the brim so one should never be bored. It is delightful living here.

Amazing place for a 55+ active adult, Stephanie work with me and was Super nice, súper profesional cancel all my questions and concerns in a promptly manner, explain everything on details and make me feel part of the community even at the moment that I entered. This has been a wonderful place to live for almost every reason. The rent is at the high end for just under 700 square feet, this may keep me from signing on for another year..

The premises are well maintained. There are activities scheduled most days that are voluntary. The staff makes every effort to be helpful. It is located well off of a highway that leads to nearby stores that give access to groceries and household supplies. My neighbors are all friendly!

I do not think that a doctor should have to fill out papers in order to get shower bars when I go to see my doctor, I want to talk to them about my health not to ask him to fill out papers filling out a prescription for for them. Should be enough thank you for this consideration.

Moving to Amberlin Pflugerville has truly been one of the best life decisions my husband and I ever made. From the moment we moved in we felt like family. All the community members treat each other like family. A place where neighbors become family and where there is always some activity to look forward to. The staff, Nickolas and Stephanie go above and beyond the expectations of the community members. The events and activities make it so easy to meet new people, stay active, and feel connected. The maintenance team are always on top of the requests. Our yard is our place of peace. We love this place so much. We couldn’t recommend this place more than we already do. If you’re looking for a place with a true sense of community, caring staff, and a fun active lifestyle THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!

Pflugerville's Amberlin community is everything I'd hoped an active adult community would provide and more. The buildings, grounds, and apartments are beautiful and well kept. We appreciate the dedication and kindness of staff, who offer numerous get-togethers and engaging activities. Residents are welcome to participate but never pressured. Let me add a comment about the people who live here: never have I had more thoughtful neighbors! This is a totally new experience for me. I have not lived in an apartment since the 1970’s and I moved from the east coast. I have found the staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Residents are very friendly as well.

Stephanie S. and Nick M. are the greatest senior community management staff. The reality is; their interaction/professionalism in treating our residents as "family" , is the main factor for renewing my lease 3 times so far. The amenities / location is a close second. My renewal for a fourth lease will be assured with the continued management /leadership of Stephanie and Nicholas. AL

I moved in to Amberlin one month ago and am very impressed with the amenities here and the excellent condition of the property. The staff is responsive and does everything to make us feel at home. There is a full schedule of activities, a fully equipped gym, a gorgeous swimming pool, and many opportunities to mingle and make new friends. I highly recommend it !

As a frequent guest of my friend who lives in Amberlin, I am very pleased and delighted by the kindness of both the staff and the community, both to my friend, who was initially a little anxious, and to me as her guest. Staff is friendly and helpful, public areas are clean inside and out. Above all, it is pet friendly, so she and other residents don’t have to be separated from such an important part of their lives.

I’ve recently moved in Amberlin Pflugerville and I absolutely love it. I could not be happier with the management, maintenance and especially the other residents. What a kind group. Recently the Apartment Life Coordinator Mark spent 2 hours helping me set up my tv and streaming apps. I love that he is here to help troubleshoot a variety of issues that may come up. He knows what’s going on around here and is so helpful. The activities are wonderful and the office staff is part of the fun. They take care of business and the residents of Amberlin Pflugerville.

Moved in last week and already love it here. Everyone is friendly, the apartment has more closet space, bigger balconies, larger shower, etc.There is some activity going on every day and there are so many amazing amenities here.

I chose Amberlin Pflugerville for a number of reasons. One, I needed to downsize. I was living in this big house and with all the accouterments of having too much. What I like best about it is that it is a legitimate community, and it's very diverse. They have lots of activities, and people are friendly. You don't get bored being here. The staff members are very competent, actually. The layout is good, and the cleanliness of the place is also good. The rent, utilities, and cable are all organized very well. The only bill I have is for the electricity.

Pflugerville Amberlin - most amazing place we have lived! This becomes our home, not apartment! Met and mingle wonderful and friendly neighbors. Many hugs with sign “I love you”. We have many events to eat, celebrate each other. We also play games. We watch night movies on Saturday night. Share with laughs. Wonderful staff with smiles and provides us our needs and good chats with each other (staff and us). Enjoy here every day. We look forward to seeing more events with neighbors and staff. Bright life here!🤟🏼😃❤️🙌🏼 Add to Rashad, the maintenance man put the scent spray to the HVAC area and a new filter replacement. Smell real good and clean. He’s given a grade A plus. Thank you! 😃

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. It is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Stephanie and Nick, who keep us busy and happy, making sure we have plenty to do and great things to eat!

We toured Amberlin Pflugerville. I loved it because there are so many social activities going on. They have a gym, a room for yoga and line dancing, a library, and a movie room. They even offer aqua dancing and other pool exercises. I love the whole outlook of the place. There's always some social activity going on, and I love that. Everything they offer, even at the price I saw for the one-bedroom, was nice. The staff was very accommodating, and the community was lovely. I loved it. Everything was clean, neat, orderly, and easily accessible. The rooms were nice and very spacious. The bedroom is a good size.

Amberlin Pflugerville is a wonderful community and its location is ideal offering convenience to all kinds of shopping. Whether you are a people person or a recluse, it is a great place to live because the staff and residents here are kind and respectful. No place is perfect but Amberlin Pflugerville is certainly worth considering if you are looking for a 55+ Active Senior Living facility.

Stopped by for a quick tour to see if this place might be the right fit for my aunt when she is ready to move in a few months. I LOVED it! Gorgeous floor plans and they have events all the time for residents and I know she won’t be lonely. I met Stephanie in the office and she was so bubbly it made me want to smile the entire time. I think my aunt will love living here and being closer to me too.

If anyone is looking for a 55 and over apartment to live you have come to the right place .We lived in Amberlin Pflugerville for over a year and enjoyed every minute we were there ! The management staff and maintenance staff are top notch and always there for you! I highly recommend you go check them out !!
